Red potatoes about the size of a baseball.
green onions
Miracle Whip
Seasoning salt
Prepared mustard
hard-boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in salted, boiling water. Cook about 25-30 minutes,but be careful not to overcook. Add green onions (including some of the tops) and chopped hard-boiled egg. Mix Miracle Whip, seasoning, salt, mustard until it has a "good yellow color". Taste to see if it has the "sparkle" you want.
