1 lb. pork,
1 pkg. fideo noodles (international food aisle),
2 T chicken maggi (bouillon) (international food aisle),
2 T cumin,
2 cans medium Rotel tomatoes,
2 c water,
pinch cayenne,
pinch black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and drain, brown noodles in pork, then add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for @ 20 mins.
