4 C self-rising flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
2 C buttermilk
2/3 C shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder & sugar. Cut in buttermilk & shortening. Roll to 3/4 inch thick. Cut into biscuits, brush tops with buttermilk before baking. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
