1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/3 cup margarine
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz pkg peanut butter chips
2 cups rice krispies
2 cups salted peanuts

In large bowl combine all base ingredients, except marshmallows. Beat on low speed until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle on marshmallows. Return to oven for 1-2 min. or until marshmallows are puffy. Cool.
In large pan heat corn syrup, marg, vanilla, and chips until melted. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cereal and peanuts, Spread topping over marshmallows. Let cool before cutting.
