Zucchini Cake Recipe

3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup walnuts
3 oz cream cheese at room temp.
3/4 stick margarine at room temp.
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp Milk

Grate zucchini and squeeze to remove moisture. Blend cake ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 min.
For frosting: Blend ingredients and spread on cooled cake
