3/4 cup soft margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup raisens
3/4 cup coconut
2 cups grated, unpeeled zucchini
Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, eggs, vanilla and sugars until creamy. Blend together flour, salt, baking powder and add to creamed mixture along with raisens, coconut, and zucchini. Bake in greased 9x13 pan 30-40 min. at 350
Frosting:
Mix ingredients, add enough evaporated milk or cream until moistened. Drizzle over warm bars. Sprinkle with 1 cup finely chopped nuts.
