1 pound ground beef, browned
12 small corn tortillas
1 stick butter
Grated cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped green onions
Salsa
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare ground beef, cheese and all other ingredients in separate dishes.
Place 1 tablespoon butter in small skillet and heat. Place 1 tortilla at a time in butter, turning once. Continue till all are heated through but remain soft. Build your taco.

When Granddad was in the Marines our next door neighbor introduced us to soft tacos. This was a weekly meal throughout our years at OBU.
