1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
4 cups cubed bread about 6 pieces
1/2 cup half & half or light cream or non-dairy creamer

Directions:
Directions:
cream 1 cup butter with 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs
Fold in 1 can crushed pineapple (DRAINED)
add 4 cups cubed bread
add 1/2 cup half & half or light cream or non-dairy creamer
bake at 375 for one hour
