"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
4 c. ketchup 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or more 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 4 -5 packs of hotdogs
Cut up hot dogs so that you will get 4-5 pieces per hot dog, and put in a crock pot. Turn crock pot on low. Boil enough water to cover hot dogs in crock pot. Put lid on crock pot and let them set for 20-25 minutes. While hot dogs are in crock pot mix your sauce on stove over low heat. Drain water off of hot dogs and pour sauce over them. Keep crock pot on low or turn off.
