6 oranges
1 c. sugar
6 eggs, separated
4 T. cornstarch
1 qt. hot milk
2 T. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and finely chop oranges. Strew the sugar over them. Beat the 6 yolks with the cornstarch, until light. Strain yolk mixture into the boiling milk. Pour this over the oranges while hot. Beat the 6 egg whites with powdered sugar, put on the custard.
