1-2 lb beef or pork roast.
2 tbsp minced garlic.
1 small onion diced.
1/2 green pepper diced.
Bottled Barbecue Sauce (I prefer Jim Bean).
2 tbsp Olive Oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork or beef in Crock Pot on low overnight (meat should be easy to pull apart). Saute onions, green pepper and garlic together in Olive Oil. Shred pork or beef and add to pot with onions, green pepper and garlic. Pour Barbecue sauce over meat and mix together. Simmer for 40 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve on buns with Cole slaw or cheese.
