Ingredients:  
1-2 racks of baby back ribs (or as many as you need)
spice rub of your choice (look for the pork varieties)
foil
barbecue sauce of your choice

Directions:
Directions:
liberally rub ribs front and back with spice rub
Wrap each one in foil, place on cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 2-3 hours until tender and done.

Just before ready to eat, baste with bbq sauce and brown on grill or under broiler.
