4-6 cooked chicken cutlets or breasts
broccoli spears, lightly cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup shredded cheese- Cheddar or American
1/2 stick margarine
1 cup Italian bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350
2) Grease a oven casserole-sized pan, put broccoli on bottom and then the cooked chicken on top of the broccoli
3) Mix together the soup, mayo, and lemon juice- spread on top of the chicken
4) Sprinkle the cheese over the sauce
5) Melt the margarine and mix with the bread crumbs
6) Bake uncovered for 35-40 mins., until lightly browned and bubbly
