1 package crescent rolls
1 large package sausage (hot, mild, maple syrup - whichever you prefer)
6 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
pepper
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread uncooked rolls in greased 9 x 13 pan. Cook sausage and sprinkle over rolls. Sprinkle the cheese over the sausage. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top of cheese and sausage. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until edges are brown and middle is firm.

For a spicier version, add 1 can chopped green chilies and 1/8 tsp oregano. This can be put together the night before, refrigerated and cooked in the morning. Allow for extra time versus cooking from room temperature.
