1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
6 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, stir together the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In another small mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour 2/3 cup of batter for each waffle onto preheated griddle.
