1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of celery soup
1/2 envelope onion soup mix
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ground beef and celery in large skillet. Cook until beef is browned and celery is tender; drain.

Add the soup, onion soup mix and ketchup to ground beef. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fold in sour cream. Continue cooking until mixture is warm. Serve over hot noodles.
