1 prepared batter from one yellow cake mix 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 cup white sugar 1 pint heavy whipping cream Whipping cream
Pour prepared cake mix into a 9 x 13" pan. Cover with chopped rhubarb. Sprinkle rhubarb with sugar. Pour cream over sugar. Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes. Whipping cream and rhubarb will sink to the bottom to make a custard. Keep refrigerated. Top with whipping cream when serving.
