2 cups crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup red onion and parsley (chop together)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
3 T. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble blue cheese into a bowl. Whisk the remaining ingredients together and pour over cheese. Serve with assorted crackers.
