1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick or baking mix
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400. Grease 9" pie plate. Cook beef and onion until brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serves 6.
