Ingredients:  
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat eggs until fluffy. Add flour, milk and salt, beat until smooth. Place butter in 10" skillet, bake at 400 for 3-5 min until melted. Immediately pour batter into hot skillet. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min or until pancake has risen and is puffed all over. Spread with favorite pie filling or fruit. Serve warm. Makes 4-6 servings
