Ingredients:  
1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups onion
1 can mushrooms
1 cup + 2 tablespoons rice
2 cans beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and brown onion. Pour into casserole dish. Add rice, mushrooms and broth. Cook at 350 for 1 hour. Do not cover while cooking.
