Ingredients:  
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 tsp sugar
1 tsp each dry mustard and toasted sesame seeds
8 oz rotini pasta, cooked and drained
4 oz each fresh snow peas and blanched fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 carrot peeled and julienned (skinny strips)
1/2 cup sliced green onion
8 oz cleaned cooked tiny shrimp

In jar, shake oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and sesame seeds. Combine all the rest of the ingredients except the shrimp with the dressing. Chill. Before serving, stir in shrimp. Makes 10 cups. Has an oriental flavor.
