Ingredients:  
2 Cups Spinach, fresh and chopped, divided
1 Cup Carrots, shredded
2 Green Onion Stalks, thinly sliced diagonally
2 Hard Cooked Eggs, sliced
2 Apples, chopped

Apple Salad Dressing:
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1 small clove Minced Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ingredients, except Apple Salad Dressing in a glass bowl. Mix Apple Salad Dressing. Pour Apple Salad Dressing over the layers and toss to coat all ingredients.
