1 prepared yellow cake mix 4 - 6 cups rhubarb (can also use peaches or apples), chopped fine 1 cup sugar 1 cup heavy whipping cream (can substitute half and half)
Prepare cake mix and put into a 9 x 13" pan. Place the chopped rhubarb on top of batter. Sprinkle sugar over the rhubarb. Pour the whipping cream evenly over the sugar. Bake according to the directions for the cake, adding about 10 minutes extra. Needs to be stored in refrigerator.
