2 ice cream pails of tomatoes, peeled and quartered
6 large hamburger onions, cut up
1/2 cup salt - pour over tomatoes and onions, and let stand overnight.
Drain.

1 (4 oz) can chopped chilis
1 ( 4 oz) jalapenos
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 (12 oz) tomato paste.
1 cup sugar
1 cup white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil; cook 20 minutes. Put in jars and process 20 minutes hot water bath, or 5 minutes in the pressure cooker. This is used for chili or hot dish. It has everything in it.
