1 (20 oz) California blend (we use 2 - 16 oz) vegetables 1/2 cup uncooked minute rice Onion flakes to taste 1 can cream of something soup. 1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup margarine 1/4 cup water 1 (8 oz) jar cheese whiz
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer vegetables and rice. Sprinkle onion flakes on top.
Heat margarine in sauce pan until it melts. Add soup, water and milk. Pour over vegetables and rice.
