1 (20 oz) California blend (we use 2 - 16 oz) vegetables
1/2 cup uncooked minute rice
Onion flakes to taste
1 can cream of something soup.
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup water
1 (8 oz) jar cheese whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9 x 13 pan. Layer vegetables and rice. Sprinkle onion flakes on top.

Heat margarine in sauce pan until it melts. Add soup, water and milk. Pour over vegetables and rice.

Dab cheese whiz on top. Bake 1 hour at 350.
