3 cups cut up rhubarb 1 cup sugar 3 tbsp flour 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup quick oats 1 1/2 cups flour 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
Toss together rhubarb, sugar and flour in 8 x 8 baking dish. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients with fork until crumbly and blended. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 375º for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Serves 8.
