4 eggs, beaten
2 cups grated, unpeeled zucchini
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon.

1/2 stick soft butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Mix together the beaten eggs and zucchini; add the oil and sugar, mixing well. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and soda together and add gradually to creamed mixture. Stir in the nuts and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Mix the frosting ingredients until fluffy. Spread on cooled bars.
