2 lbs ground chuck
3 eggs, beaten
4-5 slices bread, soaked
1 small bottle ketchup
1/2 C sugar
1/2 C lemon joiuce
1/2 C water
salt; pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat with bread; (squeeze out water first); add beaten eggs and salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste.
In a pot add ketchup, water, sugar, and lemon juice. Roll meat into small meat balls and place in heated sauce. Simmer 1 hour on low.
(Secret: before making meat balls, add 1/2 C warm water to meat)
