2 Tbsp. oil
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1 pkg. stir fry vegetables
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. hot rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet, add chicken, and garlic salt and cook till done. Add vegetables and stir fry for about ten minutes.Stir in salad dressing, soy sauce, and ginger. Simmer till heated through. Serve over rice.
