1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. margarine, melted
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. water
1 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, brown sugar, margarine, and oatmeal. Press 1/2 of mixture into the bottom of a greased 8"X8" pan. Save the other 1/2 to crumble on top. Put rhubarb on crumb mixture. Cook the water, white sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla until it thickens and clears. Pour over rhubarb. Crumble oatmeal mixture on top. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
