5 lb. bag red potatoes 1 block cream cheese 16 oz. sour cream shredded sharp cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
Wash and peel potatoes. Boil until mashed potato tender. Drain. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into large casserole dish, sprinkling additional cheddar cheese on top if desired. Cook at 350º for 30 minutes or until beginning to bubble around the edges.
