1 cup olive oil 1 cup sugar or Splenda 1/2 cup cider vinegar
Combine ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool.
1 cup celery chopped 1 small onion chopped 2/3 jar of diced jalapeņos drained 1 med. jar pimiento drained 1 can black eyed peas drained and rinsed 1 can black beans drained and rinsed 1 can shoepeg corn drained
Combine ingredients. Pour sauce pan mixture over. Let sit overnight. Drain and serve.
