1 - 14 oz or 2 - 7 oz cans salmon (drained and de-boned)
20 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp thyme
2 eggs
salt and pepper
2 tbsp minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and split into four portions; shape into patties. Cook patties in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with tartar sauce.
