1 1/2 lbs. Italian Sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
16 oz can diced tomatoes
6 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste
8 oz cooked pasta
8 oz. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown together the first 4 ingredients and drain. Add next 5 ingredients to meat mixture. Add pasta. Place in sprayed oven dish (9x9). Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
