4 cooked chicken breasts
1-2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
fresh mushrooms
tabasco, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
half and half
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In food processor, place washed and dried mushrooms and puree. Add tabasco, salt and pepper to taste. Add half and half a little at a time until smooth consistency. Set aside
On floured surface, roll out puff pastry sheet. Place a healthy portion of mushroom mixture onto puff pastry. Place chicken on top of mushrooms and wrap with puff pastry. Repeat for each piece of chicken. Coat chicken with beaten egg. Bake at 350 until puff pastry is flaky and golden brown.
