2 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
One 6 oz. pkg chocolate chips, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat egg whites until stiff. Add the salt and sugar slowly then beat until no longer grainy. Fold in (don't beat), melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Then fold in the coconut.

Drop spoonful size batter onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 18-20 minutes. Remove from tray and cool on brown paper bag to absorb the grease from the bottom of the cookies.
