1 c. soy sauce or tamari sauce GF (San J is good)
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. hoisin sauce GF (Dynasty is GF)
1/4 c. ketchup GF (Heinz is GF)
3 T. rice vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 fresh hot jalapenos, minced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and minced.

Directions:

Combine all ingredients together in a large sauce pan. Simmer over low heat and reduce until slightly thickened.

Great on chicken (see chicken wing recipe), pork, beef, etc.

Brent doubles this recipe, adds an extra jalapeno, and marinates sliced beef with it. He then makes his famous Teriyaki Beef Jerky.
