1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 eggs 3/4 cup flour 3/4 cup milk pinch salt
Melt butter in 425º oven in 12 frying pan or baking dish. Mix eggs and flour until almost smooth, add salt and milk and blend well. Pour into hot butter and bake until it puffs and sets in center...20-25 plus minutes.
Cut into wedges and serve immediately as it will collapse upon standing. Top with powdered sugar and fresh sliced fruit: strawberries, peaches blueberries, bananas etc.
