1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Nuts
1 1/2 sticks Butter

1st Layer:

1 Cup Powdered Sugar
8 Oz's. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Cool Whip

2nd Layer:

2 Package Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
3 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour and mix in nuts. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minute's at 350º, or until light brown. Let crust cool before adding next layer.

Mix powdered sugar cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over top of crust.

Mix pudding and milk, until slightly thickened, Spread over top of previous layer.

Place more Cool Whip on top of dessert and garnish with more nuts.

Chill in refrigerator for several hours, or overnight.

I don't remember Mom preparing this, but it is one of her recipes that I found and decided to prepare for our family...It was a HIT!
