1 large can pumpkin
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
3 T. flour
2 1/2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
dash nutmeg
Prepared frozen pie shell or premade pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Combine sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg. Add pumpkin and eggs until combined. Gradually add milk and stir until combined. Pour into crust.
Cover edge of crust with foil. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes. Remove foil. Bake about 25 minutes more or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Refrigerate after cooled to room temperature.
