Ingredients:
4 lb. beef chuck roast
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 Tbsp. chili powder
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. yellow mustard
3 cloves minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from the roast and cut to fit crock pot. Stir together sauce ingredients and pour over the meat. Cook, turning meat once or twice on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours or until fork tender. Remove meat from the sauce. Skim off the fat and return the meat to sauce and mix to combine.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This makes a lot of sauce. You may want to remove some before adding the meat back in. I also add some brown sugar with the shredded meat to sweeten it up a bit.
