8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. browned sausage
8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese
1-1/2 c. milk
8 eggs, well beaten
Optional: green pepper, onion, ham, mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Layer cubed bread in bottom of baking dish. Add the sausage and/or other optional ingredients. Spread cheese over top. Combine milk and eggs, pour over top. The bread will soak up the liquid. Refrigerate overnight. Bake the next morning at 350 for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
