8oz thinly sliced prosciutto, 1 small zucchini, 1 small yellow squash, 1/2lb asparagus

Directions:
Directions:
Remove woody bottoms of asparagus. Cut zucchini and yellow squash in quarters from top to bottom and then in half so you have about 2" long thin wedges. Cut slices of prosciutto slices in half length wise. Wrap asparagus spears and squash wedges in a strip of prosciutto. Heat a saute pan over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray. Add wrapped veggies and cook until slightly browned on each side, about 5 minutes per side.
