2 large or 3 medium avocados, 1/2 cup finely diced tomato, 1/4 cup finely diced onion, 1 jalapeņo - seeded and finely diced, 2T minced cilantro, juice of half a lime.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomato, onion, jalapeņo, and lime juice. Cut avocado in halves, remove pit, and score avocado in rind to a fine dice. Remove avocado flesh with spoon into tomato mixture, mix with a fork to mash avocado, mix in cilantro and serve immediately.
