3 whole or 6 half, boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 bottle white wine worcestershire sauce
1 large green pepper, rough chopped
1 large Vidalia onion, rough chopped
1 qt button or baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
sliced provolone cheese (or monterey jack, swiss or to your liking

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 Rinse chicken and pat dry and place on foil lined roasting tray or cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a medium saucepan, pour 1/2 bottle of worcestershire and add vegetables. Cook on medium heat until tender but retaining shape.
Bake chicken for 10 minutes; remove from oven and cover each breast with a portion of the vegetables and sauce; bake 5-7 minutes more. Remove from oven again, layer on cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Yum.
