Soup: Mashed potatoes 3-4 c. milk 2-3 T. flour Salt & Pepper to taste
Pancakes: 4 whole eggs 2/4 tsp. salt 1 c. milk 1/8 lb. butter browned 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar
Soup: Combine all ingredients together and warm.
Pancakes: Add all ingredients together, beat until blended with a mixer. Put small amount on hot griddle (rotate batter to make VERY thin crepe). Brown slightly on both sides on griddle coated lightly with butter.
