1lb spicy breakfast sausage, 1/2 cup mayo, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/3 cup diced roasted red pepper, 6 green onions chopped - include green ends

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Brown sausage into small bits and drain on paper towel to cool. Combine all ingredients and bake for 25 minutes. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
