Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp garlic (or to taste) (lots is good!!)
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup dry mustard
1 cup honey
cayenne (to taste, if you want to add a little heat)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the garlic in a little oil in your saucepan, then add all the other ingredients, cook over medium heat, stir occasionally, let it cook awhile to reduce it to a consistency that will stick to the meat well.
For ribs: Ahead of time, boil the ribs at a slow boil for about 2 hours. At serving time, lay ribs out on a cookie sheet, paint on the sauce, and broil or barbeque for a few minutes until heated.
For chicken: Paint sauce on the chicken pieces, and roast at 350 for an hour, or until done. Baste now and then.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Don makes up a triple or quadruple recipe of this, and we keep in a large jar in the fridge, it keeps well for a couple of months. The amounts of each ingredient are a guess, he does it to taste, and it never turns out the same way twice, but it is always awesome.
