3-3 1/2 lb. boneless beef arm or chuck roast
1 pkg. good seasons Italian dressing mix
1 large or 2 medium onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green & 1 red pepper, sliced
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Put dressing mix on roast. Put onions and garlic in crock pot. Top with roast. Add peppers and broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 5 hours. Remove roast, cool slightly, and shred or slice meat. Can be used for sandwiches with broth for dipping.
